How do I send a request?

1. In Orvakan Zero, open Settings from the menu.
2. Tap Copy beside Player ID (playerID).
3. Email argubgames.support@gmail.com with the subject “Orvakan Zero account deletion request”. Include your player ID and say that you want your account and its associated data deleted.

How is account ownership verified?

We verify account ownership securely before deletion and explain any additional verification steps in our support reply. A public playerID alone is not proof of ownership. Do not email passwords, session keys or transfer codes.

What is deleted, and when?

Within 30 days of the request, after ownership verification, we delete the account, linked identities, sessions, game progress, creatures, items and achievements. Deletion is permanent and this account can no longer be accessed.

Backups rotate within 14 days. Non-identifying aggregate statistics may be retained separately from the account; they contain no player ID or data that can reconstruct the account.
